Plan your training sessions

  1. Click on the Sessions module.

  1. To start planning, click the Plan button.

Simple recurrence

  1. Start configuring your planning by selecting:

  2. The team concerned

  3. The type of call-up

  4. Attendance request

  5. The dates

  1. Leave the Recurrence option on Every week on selected days.

  1. Then configure:
  • The days on which you want to plan your sessions
  • The session itself (type, topic, tags, time and duration, form, facilities)
  • The visibility for players

Then click NEXT to see a summary of your planning, or FINISH to confirm.

Advanced recurrence

  1. Advanced recurrence allows you to plan several different sessions on the same day.
    This includes differences in tags, session types or even attached forms.

  2. At the Recurrence step, select the option Multiple different recurring events.

Then click NEXT.

  1. As with simple recurrence, select the days on which you want to plan sessions.

You can then configure each session independently.

Tip: If one day repeats, a button lets you copy that day and paste it onto another day.

  1. If needed, configure the periods during which you want to exclude planning.

Then click NEXT to see a summary of your planning, or FINISH to confirm.
