Add a new staff member

  1. From the menu, click the Club icon.

  1. Then click the Add button.

  1. Select Add staff.

  1. Create the new staff member by completing all required information.

  1. The required information includes:
  • Username
  • Password
  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Language

  1. Once completed, click Next.

  1. Search for the teams on which you want to grant rights to this new user.

  1. Click the plus button to add a team to the new staff member’s permissions.

  1. In the list, select the staff role from the available options. A role assigns default permissions.

  1. Then select the additional permissions.

  1. Click Finish once the permissions are set.

  1. To view the different permissions for the available roles, click the ? button.

  1. Click a role to see its permissions.

  1. Click Coach.
