Getting started with the mobile app

Who is this for?

This guide is intended for players who are logging in to the MyCoach Pro AMS app for the first time.

Step 1 — Activate your account​

You will receive a welcome email containing:

  • Your username (it may differ from your email address)
  • A link to create your password (valid for 24 hours)

Click the link to open the password creation page.

Step 2 — Create your password​

On the page that opens:

  1. Enter your password (follow the required criteria).
  2. Confirm your password.
  3. Click SEND.

Step 3 — Confirmation​

Your password is created. You can now download the app.

Step 4 — Download the app​

The MyCoach Pro AMS app is available on:

iOS and Android stores

Step 5 — Sign in​

Once the app is installed:

  1. Open MyCoach Pro AMS.
  2. Enter your credentials (username + password).
  3. Tap Sign in.

Step 6 — Allow notifications​

To avoid missing any invitation or form request, tap Allow when the app asks.

Login issue?

Make sure your username is correct — it may differ from your email address. If in doubt, contact your staff.
