My players are no longer receiving notifications
Identify the issue
1. Who is affected? Since when?
The most important first step is to clearly identify which players in your squad are actually having a problem receiving MyCoach Pro notifications.
Check:
- Who is affected?
- Since when?
- Does it happen for all events, or only for a specific event type?
2. Check that notifications are enabled on the player’s phone
The most likely case is that the user has not enabled notifications, or has refused them on their mobile device.
How to allow notifications on the device
iOS (iPhone)
- Open the Settings app.
- Go to Apps (latest iOS version), or find MyCoach Pro - AMS directly.
- Tap MyCoach Pro - AMS.
- Tap Notifications.
- At the top, check Allow Notifications.
If the button is grey, tap it to enable notifications.
Android
The exact path may vary depending on the device model. The steps below describe the most common setup.
- Find the MyCoach Pro - AMS app.
- Press and hold the app to open the context menu.
- Tap App info.
- Open the Notifications section.
- Find All notifications from MyCoach Pro - AMS and enable it if needed.
If you have just enabled notifications:
- Fully close the app.
- Reopen MyCoach Pro - AMS.
- The app should ask again for notification permission.
- Tap Allow.
If it still does not work
If notifications are already enabled on the device and the issue is still there, try this last step in the mobile app:
- Open MyCoach Pro - AMS.
- Tap Menu.
- Open Diagnostic.
- Tap Resynchronize notification token.
If support is needed
If the issue is still not solved, contact support@mycoachpro.io and share as much detail as possible:
- Since when the problem started
- Which users are affected and which device they use
- Which events are concerned (type, date, time)
This helps the support team act faster and more efficiently.
