Duplicate a form
- Click Insights.

- Select the CONFIGURATION tab.

- Next to the questionnaire you want to duplicate, click the settings icon.

- Click Duplicate.

- Configure your questionnaire.

- Complete the duplication settings.

- Select the team on which you want to duplicate this questionnaire.
(To see it, it must be selected in your Active teams.)

- Once the configuration is complete, click FINISH.

- You must now activate your questionnaire.
Click ACTIONS, then Activate.

- Review the activation settings.

- Choose whether or not you want to activate this questionnaire as the default one, then click ACTIVATE to finish.
The questionnaire is now available.
