Duplicate a form

  1. Click Insights.

  1. Select the CONFIGURATION tab.

  1. Next to the questionnaire you want to duplicate, click the settings icon.

  1. Click Duplicate.

  1. Configure your questionnaire.

  1. Complete the duplication settings.

  1. Select the team on which you want to duplicate this questionnaire.
    (To see it, it must be selected in your Active teams.)

  1. Once the configuration is complete, click FINISH.

  1. You must now activate your questionnaire.
    Click ACTIONS, then Activate.

  1. Review the activation settings.

  1. Choose whether or not you want to activate this questionnaire as the default one, then click ACTIVATE to finish.
    The questionnaire is now available.
